What will ChatGPT (and other AI tools) most likely never replace in writing?

Intentionality.

Being intentional in one’s digital writing makes the difference between a lifeless sentence and one with soul, depth and meaning.

Being intentional in one’s writing makes the difference between a soulless story and a narrative alive — breathing, eliciting emotions, and leaving a mark on readers’ minds.

To be intentional means to be deliberate. It also means to have resolve; some determination to act in certain ways. Intentional also comes from the word ‘intend’. The ancient root of the word means to stretch. The Online Etymology Dictionary suggests there are connections with an ancient Germanic word ettle, from Old Norse ætla “to think, conjecture, propose.”
