Good ideas don’t often come fully formed. They take time to emerge, and they need space to grow.

But how long are they?

A few years ago, I had an idea: abandon the corporate ladder and build creative businesses from scratch. Creative businesses based on writing, learning and educating.

Fast forward to today, and writing, creativity, and education are the backbone of a thriving ecosystem of businesses and projects.

But let’s be clear — it didn’t happen overnight. The idea had to marinate, evolve, and develop through daily, often invisible to others, efforts.

For me, an idea has grown steadily over 2+ years into a thriving business forecast to produce well over double the revenues I used to make as a corporate leader.

Here’s a little peek behind the curtain.

Jumping Off the Corporate Ladder
